The key to ensure that ChestLick will work properly is to be sure that the ChestLick liquid is on the electrode part of your strap when it is placed against your skin. Don’t allow the liquid somehow to get wiped off while you are placing the strap in position on your chest. There are basically two methods to prevent this from happening:

Method #1:

Place the strap in position with electrodes facing out.

Hold bottle 5-6 inches away and spray electrodes.

Flip strap into position. Ensure that nothing wipes the liquid off of the electrodes.

Method #2:

Hold bottle 5-6 inches away and spray electrodes or correct area of chest.

Carefully place chest strap in position - making sure that nothing wipes the liquid off of the electrodes.
