If you are placing an order directly on our website, using Authorize.net, you will be required to provide personal information necessary for order processing. This information will be used for order processing ONLY. Your name and past orders may be saved; however, credit card information will never be kept on file, and personal information will not be sold, exchanged or distributed to third parties.

SHIPPING

ChestLick.com ships all products using USPS. ChestLick.com is not responsible for products that are damaged due to negligence by USPS employees and carriers. ChestLick.com is also not responsible for products that are not received due to an inaccurate shipping address given by the customer. If a product is returned due to a wrong address, the customer will be responsible for the newly incurred shipping charge. Products are shipped using First Class or Priority Mail. To request express or overnight delivery you may contact us via e-mail or our 1-800 number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ChestLick.com guarantees its product and values customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product you may return the unused portion of the product for a full refund, plus $3.00 for shipping if returned within 3 weeks of purchase. Logo wear, such as shirts, hats, jerseys, etc.. as well as logo products are non-returnable, but may be exchanged. Additonal shipping charges incurred for an exchange will be the customer's sole responsibility, unless the product received was not the product ordered or was defective. A written note with the reason for the return or the exchange must be included. If a product is being exchanged, then a written note naming the new product to be shipped must be included as well along with the name, telephone number, and address of the person doing the exchange.

All site content, including any images, names, and logos identifying ChestLick.com or any third party and their products and services are proprietary marks and may not be reproduced in anyway without permission of ChestLick.com and/or third parties. ChestLick.com has made reasonable efforts to follow the requirements and guidelines of Copyright law.
